Our Services

Custom Injection Molds

Single- and multi-cavity production and export tooling, designed for your part, resin and volume.

Two-Shot (2K) Molding

Two materials or colors in one cycle. Better bonding, fewer assembly steps, cleaner cosmetics.

Overmolding & Insert Molding

TPE/TPU soft-touch over rigid substrates, plus metal inserts molded in place.

Plastic Injection Molded Parts

Production parts from our molds, with inspection and export packaging.

China Sourcing & QC

Supplier selection, tooling oversight and pre-shipment inspection for brands buying in China.

Independent DFM Review

Paid design review before tooling, credited toward your mold order. From $195.

From Your CAD File to Inspected Parts

  1. Send Your Files — STEP, IGES, STL or PDF drawings, with quantity and material targets.
  2. Paid DFM Review & Quote — We check draft, wall thickness, gates, undercuts and 2K bonding, then quote tooling and part price. The review fee is credited toward your mold order.
  3. Prototype (optional) — Low-cost 3D printed samples to confirm fit and form before steel is cut.
  4. Mold Design & Build — 3D mold design in Creo / Siemens NX, your approval, then tooling.
  5. T1 Samples & Tuning — First shots with dimensional report; adjustments until approved.
  6. Production, QC & Shipping — Molding, inspection to your agreed criteria, export packing to EU/US.

Why Brands Choose RUNMULTI

  • Engineer, not middleman. Your project is reviewed by a mold engineer with 20+ years of tooling experience — not passed through a sales desk.
  • 2K and overmolding depth. Multi-material tooling is our specialty, where bonding, shrinkage and shut-off design decide success.
  • European-standard expectations. From 2008 to 2014 our founder served as Mold Technical Supervisor for a Danish company’s China mold sourcing operation. We know what EU buyers check.
  • One contact, tooling to delivery. Mold, parts, sourcing and inspection managed by the same team.
  • Honest DFM. We tell you early what will cause problems — and how to fix it cheaply.
  • Since 2008 · Established in Xiamen
  • 20+ years · Founder’s mold engineering experience

Frequently Asked Questions

What files do you need for a quote?

3D files (STEP or IGES preferred; STL accepted) plus a 2D PDF with tolerances if available. Add quantity, material and finish.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tick the NDA box on the quote form and we’ll send ours, or sign yours before you share files.

How long does a mold take?

It depends on size and complexity. Your quote states a specific timeline.

What is two-shot molding and when should I use it?

Two materials or colors molded in one machine cycle. Use it when you need a strong hard/soft bond, high volume, or want to remove assembly steps.

Two-shot or overmolding — which is cheaper?

Overmolding usually has lower tooling cost; two-shot has lower part cost at volume. We compare both in your DFM.

Can I get prototypes before tooling?

Yes. For fit and form checks we recommend low-cost 3D printing before committing to steel.

Do you ship to Europe and the US?

Yes. We handle export packing and work with your forwarder or arrange shipping.

Your Designs Stay Confidential
