Design-Led Tooling
We design in Creo and Siemens NX. Before any steel is cut, our paid DFM review (credited toward your mold order) covers draft angles, wall thickness, gate location, parting line, ejection, cooling and undercuts. Where a small design change saves a slider or a lifter, we say so — that is often the cheapest improvement in the whole project.
Steel, Standards and Life
Steel and mold standards are chosen for your volume and resin: pre-hardened steel for moderate runs, hardened and stainless steels for high volume, glass-filled resins or polished optical surfaces.
From T1 to Approval
T1 samples are shipped with a dimensional report against your critical dimensions. We tune the mold until the parts meet the agreed specification, then document process settings for repeatable production.
